  0.2.0

  One menu entry instead of six.

  Five plugins with five submenus each filled the sidebar with seventeen entries,
  Activity twice and Settings three times, and nothing said which plugin owned
  which. The screens are tabs on the plugin's own page now.

  Every existing link still works: the pages are registered and then removed from
  the menu, so a bookmark or a link in a notice still opens the page it always
  did.
