Choose how WordPress and WooCommerce send email: SMTP2GO, Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES, Google, Microsoft, or any SMTP server.

== Description ==

By default WordPress hands its mail to the web host's own mail function. That is
the mail that lands in spam, comes from an address the host has no record for,
or is dropped without a word — and a shop finds out when a customer writes to
say the order confirmation never arrived.

Nolimit Send sends it through a real mail service instead, over SMTP, and every
message the site sends goes that way: WordPress itself, WooCommerce orders and
receipts, password resets and anything another plugin sends.

* **Presets** for SMTP2GO, Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Amazon SES,
  Google and Microsoft that fill in the host, port and encryption — with a note
  under each field on what that provider actually wants there. Brevo wants an
  SMTP key, not your account password. Google wants an App Password.
* **Any other SMTP server**, typed in by hand.
* **A test message** from the settings screen. If it fails you see the server's
  own answer, not a silent nothing.
* **The last failure**, with its time, on the screen and on the Nolimit
  dashboard, so "why did that email not arrive" has an answer.
* **A sender address and name.** By default they replace only WordPress' own
  `wordpress@…` sender and leave a sender any plugin chose on purpose alone;
  one checkbox makes them apply to everything.

It changes how mail is carried and nothing about the mail. Recipients, subjects,
bodies, Reply-To, Cc and every other header reach the server exactly as the
plugin that sent them wrote them. It stores no log of your messages.

**Until you configure it, it does nothing** — WordPress keeps sending the way it
did. If another SMTP plugin is active (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP, Post SMTP, Easy
WP SMTP, Brevo for WordPress) it stands down and says which one.

**What it cannot do.** SMTP tells you the server took the message. If it later
bounces or is marked as spam, that goes to your mail service, not to this
plugin — look in the provider's own log for delivery. It does not queue,
throttle or retry, and it does not do OAuth sign-in.

**Microsoft 365.** Microsoft is retiring username-and-password SMTP: it is
switched off by default for existing organisations from the end of December
2026 and unavailable to new ones, with a final date still to come. The
Microsoft preset works until then if an administrator enables SMTP AUTH for the
mailbox. Because this plugin does not do the OAuth sign-in that replaces it, use
a sending provider for anything that has to keep working. Google works with an
App Password.

**No telemetry.** This plugin makes no request to anybody except your mail
server and its own update feed. It has no account, no analytics and no upsell.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Does it need WooCommerce? =

No. It sends all the mail WordPress sends. WooCommerce's emails go through it
like everything else.

= Where is my SMTP password kept? =

In one option in your database, as you typed it, because WordPress has nowhere
better to keep a secret. It is never shown again in the form — the field says
"saved" — and deleting the plugin removes it.

= Which port and encryption should I use? =

The preset's. They are the provider's own recommendation. Encryption "None" is
there for a relay on the same network and sends the password in the clear.

= Two SMTP plugins are active. Which one sends? =

Two plugins configuring one mail transport give you whatever the later one
says, so Nolimit Send stands down for the known ones and tells you on its screen. Nolimit Forms has an SMTP setting of its own; that
is shown as a notice and it is for you to choose which to switch off.

= Does it change my emails? =

No. See above: it only changes the server they go through, and the sender
address and name if you ask it to.

== Changelog ==

= 0.1.1 =
* Nolimit Send now tells WooCommerce that it works with High-Performance Order
  Storage and the Cart and Checkout blocks, so it no longer appears under
  "Incompatible with WooCommerce features" on the Plugins screen. Nothing else
  changes.

= 0.1.0 =
* First release. Presets for eight mail services and any SMTP server, a test
  message, the last failure on screen, an optional sender address and name, and
  a stand-down when another SMTP plugin is active.
